Philip Jason was born and raised in NY. He graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a degree in business he never uses. He mostly writes fiction, but also writes poetry. He has published in a variety of literary magazines including Prairie Schooner, The Pinch, Ninth Letter, Mid American Review, Canary and Summerset Review, and has received the Henfield Prize in Fiction. He’s recently come to enjoy flossing, but is still uninterested in jazz.
When he was much younger, he composed electronic music. Mostly progressive house. Which DJs like John Digweed, Danny Tenaglia, and Paul Oakenfold used to spin. You can probably find it online somewhere. Who knows?
